HOW A PROJECT WORKS

NEW BUILDS

WiFi can be very afforadable for any new developments you are working on. We'll design a WiFi network using the building plans you provide to us. Working with the architect, we'll organise for our network's cable, power and broadband infrastructure to be incorporated into the design and installed by your nominated building contractor. With much less time for our engineers on site, our proposals are significantly lower in price.

SURVEYS FOR RETROFIT PROJECTS

We can visit a site to carry out a survey - testing signal penetration through walls and gauging any impact on the placement and quantity of our WiFi Access Points. This will lead to a no-obligation proposal from Social Telecoms for the installation of residents' Wi-Fi. We can deploy entire projects within 3 weeks. Communal Lounge networks do not necessarily need a prior visit by us as can provide you with some straightforward self-survey questions to help us put together a project.

INSTALLATION

Reliable, high performance wireless Access Points, switches, and security appliances are deployed into your Multi-Dwelling Units. Our friendly engineers will create minimum disruptions for your residents, clean up after themselves and help them get online if they're asked. Our networks are designed to be perfect alternatives to home broadband services, meaning families will be able to carry out all types of online activities - including Video-On-Demand in HD.

MANAGE & MAINTAIN

Our cloud based network controller helps us build, manage and monitor your wireless networks from anywhere. We can set multiple SSIDs (for residents and staff), control bandwidth for individual users, design custom splash pages, monitor network health, and much more. And because it's cloud based, a Network Status portal is provided to you to gauge popularity, usage and performance. We'll look after your networks with onsite and remote maintenance SLAs for a minimum of 2 years.
