Trust believe their tenants should experience ‘A Bright Future & Customer Excellence’, they’ve promised to adapt and evolve their services to ensure they’re fit for the future to exceed their customer’s expectations by improving the services they offer.
Assisting their tenants to become digitally connected became a priority when pressure started to mount for social housing providers to help close the digital divide, alongside this, they could see the obvious benefits of having their tenants online and how it would improve loneliness and isolation.
This case study covers the period in 2017 when Trust commenced a project to undergo a pilot of WiFi connectivity and shared touchscreen computers for the residents of three sheltered schemes around Scotland. After the successful, year-long pilot; Social Telecoms started a three-year project to roll-out WiFi to every property of a further 67 schemes.Request Trust Housing's Case Study
